Up to 4000 sqft house (including finished basement sqft) No garage sqft Includes: small yard (up to 3 acres), Small shed or outbuilding Large Barns or other large buildings are Extra $ Max 35 miles from our office (one way), after that there is a $1.00 / mile charge (one way)

Cancellation Policy

We would like to have 24 hr notice. But we do understand that things can happen. "Ce la vie". Cancellations after the 24 hr window or locked out of property will acquire a 50% fee of original cost.
