Service Description

This is a great way to get a feel of the house and surrounding area. The professional video has text inlays with property information and Realtor information. If this service is not done with another service there will be an added fee of $20.00 on top of the original cost. There is also the normal mileage fee of $1.00 / mile after the included 40 miles from our office.

Cancelation Policy

We would like to have 24 hr notice. But we do understand that things can happen. "Ce la vie". Cancellations after the 24 hr window or locked out of property will acquire a 50% fee of original cost.
